VISITOR CENTER HOURS

Monday-Sunday 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.

RESERVATIONS

Reservations are accepted online and by phone until 6 p.m.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURES

Check-in and check-out are done at the Visitor Center, south of Boots Court Motel.

Check-in is 3 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Check-out is 10 a.m.
Late check-in: After 6 p.m. by key lock box on room door.

Room keys can be left in the locked room upon check-out. Lost keys are subject to a $150 replacement fee.

ROOM POLICIES AND FEES

Our team takes pride in caring for Boots Court Motel and preserving its historic character for future guests. We ask that all guests treat rooms, furnishings, and grounds with respect during their stay.

Additional fees may be charged if excessive cleaning, damage, or missing items are identified during or after checkout. All fees will be charged to the card on file.

Excessive cleaning: $50–$250
(excessive trash, smoking in rooms, stains, spills, or odors)

Damage to rooms or furnishings: $100–$500+
(linens, furniture, fixtures, or décor, based on repair or replacement cost)

Missing items or theft: Replacement cost plus applicable fees

Fees are assessed based on the extent of the issue and the cost required to restore the room for the next guest. Serious incidents may be referred to local authorities.

PETS

A limited number of pet-friendly rooms are available for small animals for an additional flat fee of $40.
(pets are permitted only in approved pet-friendly rooms; additional pet-related cleaning or damage fees may apply.)
Pet-related cleaning: $50-$250

SMOKING

To preserve our beautiful property, we are a smoke-free facility.
Smoking violations will result in excessive cleaning fees ranging from $100-$500.

PARKING

Our valued guests are allowed to park in historic carports and beside rooms in the rear building of the motel.

Please be aware of your vehicle size when utilizing the motel carports for parking.

VALUABLES

Please keep valuables in a safe place. The Boots Court is not responsible for any stolen or lost items.

CANCELLATIONS

A refund may be issued for reservations cancelled 48 hours or sooner. Subject to 10% fee to cover credit card fees.

No refunds are issued for cancellations 48 hours or after.
